Objectives of this Role 
  • Execute a search for Supply market, procurement data & trends and new price developments.
  • Evaluate new suppliers, optimize the supplier pool and elaborate concrete saving potentials.
  • Establish a bench mark by implementing procurement strategies for different product categories in aspect of technology trend, supplier analysis, pricing and development.
  • Negotiate contracts and establish cost break downs with suppliers.
  • Execute strategies of Global Category Manager & Operate Purchasing to improve suppliers’ KPI performance.
  • Monitor deliveries in terms of timelines, OTIF.
  • Lead times improvement. Organize supplier audits, quality inspections and purchasing order expediting, local operational task.
  • Drive and establish EHS in dept and at vendors.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities 
  • Drive Cost optimization in entire Procurement
  • Develop new vendors for each category.
  • Vendor rationalization
  • Explore Strategic partnership with Key Sources.
  • Focused cost target deployment for entire year.
  • Head ECRS function for each commodity.
  • Maintain Min stock levels of Anonymous items. Improve ITR.
  • Procurement cost % reduction
  • OTIF of each commodity
  • Vendor Rationalization – % of vendors eliminated, combined, tiered.
  • ECRS – Cost reduction – NO of Kaizens. – Implemented.
  • score for Dept and Vendors.
  • Inventory value – ITR improvement, Days.
