Vinit Majgaonkar
Chairman
Vinit is the Chairman and co-founder of Armstrong-Dematic. He is known as a prominent innovator and senior leader in the intralogistics automation industry. He has been in this complex and hi-tech automation industry for 27 years including 20 years of Armstrong and 2 years of senior leadership on a German board.
He also has experience of distinctive international partnerships and collaborations to his credit.
Apart from the industry thought leadership, he also invests time in redefining education for village children as his social obligation.
Pranav Majgaonkar
Managing Director
Pranav Majgaonkar is the founder director of Armstrong-Dematic and a pillar of the company. After completing his mechanical engineering from MIT, Pune, and inspired by his older brother’s business vision, he came on board to start Armstrong.
Pranav believes in collaboration, the greatest source of learning. His strong ethics and conduct have helped build personal ties, mutual respect, and to gather team efforts for performance enhancement and operational excellence.
Pranav is a mentor to his teams through his knowledge, experience and by setting examples through performance. His ability to manage, delegate and communicate with people from all walks of life is a strong suit. Pranav has worked in every function while building the organisation.
Bnoy Jobalia
Director (Sales)
Bnoy is a gold medalist from Mumbai University (Masters in Manufacturing Systems) and was also a topper in his Bachelors course in Production Engineering.
Known for speed, precision and multitasking, this 28-year-old dynamo has compressed a 20 years’ experience in his seven years of rich, cross-functional work covering a wide domain of expertise, from manufacturing to business development.
He manages business development at Armstrong-Dematic and supports the production team. Although from a manufacturing background, he is responsible for managing our key accounts. He has deep entrepreneurial experience and drives the global expansion of our business. He plays a vital role in setting up our production systems. He is a great inspiration to youngsters for his meteoric rise in responsibility and authority in Armstrong-Dematic.
Rupali Majgaonkar
MARKETING DIRECTOR
Rupali Majgaonkar is the Marketing Director at Armstrong-Dematic. Armstrong-Dematic, is a leader in the India’s Intralogistics and Automation industry, with expertise in adaptive innovation.
She holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from The University Of Sydney, Australia. She has gained knowledge through international exposure, working in senior roles abroad. It has helped her to broaden her horizons. She believes that in the expanding world with thinning boundaries, a global mind set is increasingly crucial to survive in this competitive business world.
She wants to keep empowering women through their workplace , break stereotypes and provide them a platform wherein they can showcase their skills and achieve the extraordinary
Vina Majgaonkar
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Vina Majgaonkar is the Finance Director at Armstrong-Dematic. Armstrong-Dematic is India's biggest warehouse automation company and growing at a very high speed. Vina joined Armstrong in 2005. She completed her engineering in electronics. Though from a non finance background, rising up to company's requirement, she took on the responsibility of finance and has been successfully leading the function till today.
She considers herself as a ‘forever student,’ and believes in leveraging every new opportunity to pick up a new skill or an addition to her professional experience.
As a strong believer of work/life balance, Vina herself demonstrates a fine balance in her life and encourages her team to follow it actively. She does so by deploying proper planning and monitoring processes in every critical area of her priorities.
Ashwin Dravid
Chief Sales Officer
Ashwin is a leader with an eye for detail and an urge to challenge the status quo. As a marketing leader, his greatest strength is his empathy which makes him the customers’ go-to man. His heightened sensitivity towards business environment, market intelligence & outside in approach makes him one of the best professionals in the industry.
Energetic and confident, Ashwin is a good listener and team player. With 20 years of B2B value-based sales experience, Ashwin is a MBA in Marketing. He has previously worked with companies like Technova and Reliance Retail.
Dilip Deshpande
DIRECTOR (TECHNICAL)
Dilip is a multifaceted personality who finds simple solutions to complex problems. As a team leader, he is looked upon as a man of wisdom and a veteran coach.
A mechanical engineer from VJTI, Mumbai, and a Management post graduate from Symbiosis, Dilip has 34 years of experience across automotive manufacturing, computer programming, media networks and graphic arts, automation solutions and dexterous machine design. While at Bajaj Auto, he upgraded his skills in labour laws, earned Microsoft certifications and learnt Japanese.
Dilip has been active in bringing Armstrong to its innovation leadership position. His passion for speed, creative excellence and adhering to core values while implementing disruptive innovations makes him an inspiration.
Sachin Limkar
DIRECTOR IT
A mechanical engineer from MIT, Pune; followed by a Diploma in Business Management from Pune University, Sachin spent his initial 4.5 years in the mechanical line, before jumping into the IT world in 1998, which was just picking up in India at that point in time
Now, an IT veteran of 22 years, he has led various roles from program management to portfolio management, process consulting to head of global transitions. Having travelled widely as a part of his job portfolio and his own passion for travel, he brings to table the international experience along with an ability to work at root levels to get things standardized in a process-oriented way.
Brutally honest, hard work and enthusiasm for the work he does, along with his natural ability to mentor fresh graduates, peers, as well as his seniors have resulted him becoming a solid dependable pillar of Armstrong.
Sachin heads the IT department of Armstrong-Dematic.
Amol Lele
DIRECTOR SCM
Amol is the Director Supply Chain for Armstrong-Dematic. He has over 30 years of experience in all facets of SCM across a spectrum of industries. Deep and wide domain knowledge, Analytical ability and System Thinking are his fortes.
He is a Production Engineer from VJTI and MBA from JBIMS. In addition to spending many years in hands-on SCM activities, Amol has had stints in IT and ERP consultancy. He has also worked with ILO as Productivity Expert.
When not at work, he actively pursues his hobby, 'Education'. For last 25 years, he has been a Visiting Faculty at JBIMs in the subjects of Operations Management, SCM, etc.
