The CTO Global Controls Software Organization within Dematic is responsible for delivering standard software and control products that support a wide range of conveyor and sortation solutions, warehouse automation, and distribution operations. As a Controls Software Engineer, you will develop standard controls software for PLC or other real-time controller platforms. Automation Service Engineer
Department: Customer Care
The primary purpose of this position is to attend to and resolve service calls by troubleshooting issues, maintaining active communication with customers, and conducting site visits. The role may involve either visiting various sites or being permanently assigned to a specific site, as mutually agreed upon with the manager.
Principal Accountabilities:
The major responsibilities of this position include:
- Deliver world-class customer experience:
Close service calls at various sites.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Experience: 2-3 years in the field.
