In terms of Rule 15 of Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors meeting held on 28/09/2020 has taken on record the resignation of Mrs. Shubhada Mohan Majgaonkar - Director and Mr. Shrikant Bhalchandra Wagh - Director and consented to relieve them for their responsibilities.
