Back in 2013, a young computer engineer, with finest academic records approached Armstrong Dematic with an appeal of igniting the rocket of her career.

“We want to develop a chain of user-friendly and not programmer friendly softwares. Do you think you can make it?” questioned the interviewer. “I will create programs not to develop a software but to build a system” said she with a twinkle in her eyes.

From being a fresher to now being an Assistant Manager, she has laid foundation stones in Armstrong for the development and implementation of IT systems in areas like exclusive employee experience, commercial documentation and database management.

Just when her career was filled with charming challenges, surprises peeped in. Like some good events invite a bunch of mixed feelings, so did her marriage. She was to get married in Kanpur, UP and was worried about her future association with Armstrong Dematic.

“Being a technology company, ‘distance’ and ‘location’ cannot be a constraint,” said the founders and re-welcomed her.

Adding another pin on the map for Armstrong Dematic she leads the IT team from Kanpur giving justice to her professional commitments.
