In case of a breakdown, we provide a manual palletization area soon after the customer’s machine. When a portion of the system breaks down, such as when 1 out of 5 robotic palletizers is down, you can still run the remaining 4 in production.

We recommend having a 15% robot cycle time buffer to cater to peak throughputs and throughput spikes in handshaking machines. Additionally, robot cycle times are derived from simulation results, which have a tolerance of +/-3% to +/-5% depending on the selected robot make.
